Return Policy

Return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt.
Product must be in original package with lot traceability intact.
All returns must be authorized by the Sales or Quality Team Lead.
RMA number must be marked on outside of shipping package(s) or on shipping paperwork.
Return must be received within 30 days of the RMA issue date.
No return will be authorized or accepted on any NCNR parts (non-cancellable/non-returnable).
We will pay return shipping when the material is defective or not as specified on the order.
A restock fee may be charged on return material delivered per PO.
Credit will be issued after condition verified – within 10 days of the material being received.
